Send email to [email protected]. A useful report includes the page address, browser and device type, what you expected, and what happened. For a calculation defect, include non-sensitive example values only if you are comfortable sharing them.
Please do not send passwords, payment information, government identifiers, precise home addresses, confidential plans, or other sensitive personal information. Concrete Cal does not need those details to investigate a product issue.
Good reasons to contact us
We welcome reports about calculation or unit errors, stale source dates, confusing assumptions, keyboard or screen-reader barriers, mobile layout problems, privacy questions, advertising placement, broken links, and clear opportunities to improve the planning flow.
Correction reports are checked against the documented methodology and tests. Privacy requests are reviewed against the data actually handled by the site and its service providers.
What we cannot provide
Email support cannot provide structural engineering, concrete-strength selection, reinforcement design, footing depth, soil analysis, drainage design, code interpretation, permit advice, contractor quotes, or emergency assistance.
For project-specific safety and compliance decisions, contact a qualified local engineer, contractor, supplier, utility-locating service, or building authority as appropriate.
Response and records
Messages are reviewed as capacity allows, so a response time is not guaranteed. Sending feedback does not create a professional, contractor, supplier, or advisory relationship.
Email providers process and retain message contents according to their own policies. Keep your message limited to information needed for the request. For local project deletion, use the app or browser controls because Concrete Cal cannot access or delete IndexedDB data stored only on your device.
